Hey All,

I have my PILAPT tomorrow afternoon and am just going over the practice paper...for the 5th time.

For the maths questions it says you are not allowed a calculator (which i understand) but are you allowed to write down your workings out?

Silly question i know but rather safe than sorry!

Happy Landings,

Which selection/stage/FTO are you going to?

Generally speaking, irrespective of the FTO I'm pretty sure if it's mental arith. you're allowed a pen and piece of paper.

Pilapt however doesn't contain any maths, and is completed purely with a joystick, number & colour keypad, and a headset.

Hi CoCo,

I did quite well in the tests, got offered a place on the integrated course and also through to the next round of the Flybe Scholarship.

How did you do?

Well done! I've been put through to the flybe "interview hold pool" pending medical and the essay. Did you see the closing day for applicants has been extended until the 28th May. Fingers crossed I'll see you at the interviews!
