Greetings everyone.

Been here almost after 1 year!
I would like to educate myself, about the airlines that accept international students like me, from India etc, in their ab initio (cadet pilot) program, and also would like to know how they are taken.
Which airlines are accepting international students into their programme?
I know about Etihad and Cathay Pacific, any others?

Can i please know what do i have to do for qualifying them?
I will be turning 18 this November and just finished my 12th grade :).
I want to do my Bachelors first and then my training.
But if i get into any airline, i will be doing it later.

Are there any sample interview questions or same, available to you, that you may help me with?

Thank you so much.
Cheers!

Hello!..are you from India right?..so I know that there in CX cadet pilot..i think it is the only one at the moment!..I will have to try as well!
In EU we have swiss cadet pilot as well as jetairfly, flybe etc..but you must be an EU citizen in order to apply.
I am going to apply for the swiss one but remember that you must know the german language!...you are from India, so have a look to the airlines which operate in India and see if they run a cadet pilot.
PS: Sri Lankan is running one! have a look on their career website.
Hope it helps!

if i was you, I wouldn't even bother. all these selections are already set in advance.
believe me, I did some long time ago when i was 20yo, and I discovered sometimes none of the applicants have been seleted.

at this time, I dont belive they really recruit pilots with no experience.
airlines want get rid of their pilots, and pay them per hour.(like adecco, manpower,...).
Many of Indian pilots looking for job, and I met many many many, most have no job!

WWW can explain you better in his posts.

or you might try Jetstar cadet scheme provided by CTC Aviation.
