Hello.

I was just wandering if anyone has a CBT, or manual, for the Citation CJ2+ FMS that they no longer need? If not, can anyone suggest where I may get one?

Many thanks,

CF

Hello,

on Smartcockpit.com you can find some of the manuals.

Hi LearjetGA.

I had a look there. A great site and have downloaded what is available thanks.

I'm still keen to see if I can get hold of a CBT specifically for the FMS... if one actually exists that is! This will be my first experience of an FMS and would like to get to know it like the back of my hand if I can.

Thanks,

CF

Did you try the Collins website? There used to be a tutorial. You can also ask Collins to send you a Demo DVD. It's not a manual but at least you can see how and what the magic box is doing for you. IMHO the scratchpad function is one of the most important features to understand.

By the way, the collins FMS series are a fantastic tool (compared to the UNS-1).

In case you didn’t find this one at smartcockpit, this manual for the Piaggio Avanti P-180. Its the FMS-3000 so should be fairly standard with the CJ+/3

Here is the FMS-3000, IFIS, and PL21 manuals for the Citation CJ2+.

Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire (http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=98ba5caf1d6234e890a82c7bb0fad7adb646ee4b3e4269e787 095ac91101628c)

If you email Collins, they should be able to mail you a CD simulator...

'Pressure Error', thank you for that it was very useful but 'BoilerUP' really came up with the goods!

Thank you all for your help with this and a special thanks to 'BoilerUP' for your support.

Is there any chance that somebody could upload the simulator CD too?
