What's the current situation with the Business Cabin on the 330? Anything like the new 777s? Any plans to get it like that?

Seatguru is pretty handy for these queries. It shows that the A330-200 in both the 2 class and 3 class configurations have the old standard (and yucky) recliner business class seat.
