Class 2 Medical Costs

How much should an initial issue of a class 2 medical cost? Im 17 and so dont have any heart defects or anything. Is £185 too much because thats what one London AME said. I thought it might be more expensive because its in London.

I paid something like £120 + ECG at about £20-30 for a class 2 in Edinburgh. I've been directed to other doctors sice that offer Class 2 at £70. I guess it can vary quite a bit!!!
