Just seen that the CAA has published a few of this years news from the MSC.
I am one of the unfortunates that are waiting for the vison limits to change as I failed a whole year ago on +3 (borderline!).
Reading the news from July, it seems that they have agreed to the proposed changes but the red-tape has to be sorted out for perhaps as long as two years!
Does this mean the estimate on the ICAO's website that the changes may take effect in November 2001 is now unlikely?
I really hope not and shall phone the CAA to find out what's going on.
Has anyone found anything else out?
