[PPRuNe Pop]

With help and expertise of TEEEJ (thank you TJ) we have been trying to resolve the issue of posting pics on PPRuNe so that they fit into a PPRuNe page - instead of going too wide and thus spoiling the effect.

From the top picture you can see that ideal size 850x850. It fits perfectly. Its not a problem to post in that size and that is the size we would like please.

However, he tells me that on some sites a size of 1024 is being used. It certainly looks good on pages it fits but that is not the case on PPRuNe. 850x850 is the size for all pics now. We cannot change PPRuNe to suit others who insist on using something that spoils our readers enjoyment.

It would appear that someone has said he always posts at 1024 in an apparent 'take it or leave it' attitude. Well, my answer to that is that we will leave it thanks. If outsize pictures are posted we will have to remove them but we will give the poster a chance to change them first. 850x850 is very good as can been seen. So, dear folk. That is what we will do henceforth.
