On behalf of our client, XXXXXX Aviation is now recruiting Do328-100 Turbo Prop First Officers, for direct employment to start as soon as possible operating from LS.....

Candidates are required to fulfil the following criteria:

- Must have a valid Do328-100 Turbo Prop rating on a JAA licence.
- Have flown the aircraft within the last 2 years.
- Have the right to live and work within the European Union.
- Total Hours and Time on Type required are negotiable.

In teoria che se hai molte ore di volo come esperienza ma non molte sul type potresti andare bene, come anche potresti andare bene se hai poche ore totali ma un buon numero sulla macchina.
In pratica invece significa che se gli vai bene non ha importanza anche se hai poche ore; se non gli vai bene, non ha importanza anche se hai molte ore.
Esperienza personale, le selezioni da quelle parti non si discostano molto da certe altre.

E vorrei vedere, siccome ce ne sono milioni di rated sul 328-100 con migliaia di ore sulla macchina, magari senza lavoro e disposti a tutto.
Comunque Mau Mau ha ragione, se gli vai bene le ore contano poco.
