CJ2+ Type rating cost

Can anyone tell me the cost of a CJ2+ Type rating with and without prior jet experience and where is best to do it?

Bristol do the CJ2, not sure about CJ2+

Any suggestions for a good place for a Citation type rating in the US, combined with a FAA ATP check ride?

Flight Safety Farnborough do it for approx. £10k including LST.

Are you intending to fly it privately i.e. single pilot?
