View Full Version : Class 1 in other JAA countries

There was a question in here recently, about whether it might be possible to pass a Class 1 in another European country, having failed it in the UK. There was one reply, along the lines of "The whole point of JAA is that it's Unified, and anyway, no doubt you failed for good reason".
That doesn't seem to cover it, since we all know the Unity is more in name than fact, and that plenty of pilots fail Class 1 for ridiculous "small print" reasons, which have no bearing at all on their fitness to fly.
I really would like to know the answer to this. Can anyone help?
