Air Macau

Been invited to join the screening for Air Macau in April sometime.
I was wondering if somebody working there , or in the know could advise what they are like to work for?
Anybody who has been before, did they pay for your ticket out there & accomodation?
Will I still be bonded to the company if I am already rated?
