Having read so many threads about bad service I want to add a word of praise for ANA. . .. .I have lived in Japan for the last 5 years and fly regularly, once or twice a month in Japan and once a month overseas, mainly to Europe. I transferred my airmiles to ANA from Singapore Airlines when I arrived here, my last posting having been in Singapore and ANA and SQ being partners at that time. I choose ANA on every possible flight and I have never been at all disappointed by their service. On the contrary even after 5 years I am constantly pleasantly suprised with their on-time departures, friendly service and help when things go wrong with my schedule. Its only a shame that they don't have more destinations overseas. More airlines should be this way.
