License approval ages

Hi,

just wondering if anyone can shed some light,

I know that an A license can be held at the age of 18 but what age can certification and the necesarry approvals be given to licensed engineers?

I know for the B license that the minimum age is 21 but I am unsure of the A license

The CAA website along with EASA does not say from what i have seen...

Can any one help?

You need to be 21 to use the licence (sign for anything), but can hold it at 18.
