1. The seatbelt light comes on AFTER the turbuilance has finished? :)
2. That a flight has been as smooth as ice gets real bumpy at feeding time, is it an autopilot mode? ;)
3. Aircraft tea and coffee taste the same. http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/frown.gif
4. The departure delay is ALWAYS blamed on french ATC? :P

The spelling mistakes are all my own, go find your own.

1. Because the turbulence wakes the pilots up, they wake to find its bumpy, so put the seatbelts on. (Actually its a turbulence switch, guaranteed that when you put it on the turbulence will instantly stop).
2. That is so that the pilots can put the seatbelt sign on towards the end of the turbulence (see note 1) when everyone has finished eating, thus enabling them to get to the toilets before the big "post-dinner rush" from the passengers.
3. The caterers try really hard to make sure all airline food tastes the same (whether chicken or fish) and all hot drinks taste the same. A lot of work goes into it, so don't complain. Food poisoning is worse. Believe me.
4. Because everything is always the fault of the French. Or ATC. Or both.
So here is an ideal situation for a real serious blame giving session. :) :)
Right, no more direct tos for me then.....
