I'm job hunting in China and came across an old climbto350.com ad placed by this outfit called Huaxun Technology in Shenzhen.

Anybody heard of these guys?

I don't know anything about them. I saw a post mentioning them. I recommend going to their website. Click on guide for crews. They have the entire CAAC question bank, and a couple of other things, downloadable from their website.

Some pilots at my company are using them. Have not heard they did anything good, but also haven't heard they did anything bad. I do know the pilots in my compay with Huaxun get paid a little less every month than from other agencies, we guess its due to the fact that Huaxun take a little more commission each month.

Had a look at the website. Do you reckon that question bank is legit? Seems a bit funny to put it on their site.

Can someone educate me on how these agencies make their money. Is it always a % of the salary or do they charge per head and be done with it or what?
