Countries recognising FAA medical?

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knows which countries accept medicals issued by the FAA and/or follow its medical requirements, including any SODAs (Statement Of Demonstrated Ability) appended to the medical certificate?

My question relates to locally (i.e. not N-) registered aircraft.
