I am interested in finding out what has happened to the two Air Cairo Tupolev 204-120C aircraft that have been operating for TNT and wearing the full TNT colourscheme? Since August 2007 they both appear to have disappeared completely, having previously been logged a few times on websites like Airliners.net and so forth.

TNT recently completed the retirement of their 6-strong Airbus A300 'Classic' Freighter fleet, all now located @ MHV in Open-Air Storage. They also operated Boeing 757-208F TF-FID which wore their full colourscheme. If anybody has any information or sightings since August 2007 please share - all info very much appreciated :o) ...

I don't know what the current situation is regarding Air Cairo's Tu204's but Redwings have threatened to withdraw their entire fleet due to 'Operational unreliability' and lack of availability of spare parts quoting a waiting time of 11 months.

Thanks for everything posted so far. Glad TF-FID still operating and looks as if it will be throughout the rest of this year according to TNT's 2010 Flight Schedule. Contact sent it to me by e-mail with '75F' appearing as equipment listed on quite a few flights into / out of LGG.

Other types listed: 74Y, 73Y, 73M, 14Z, 14Q, 14Y regularly, with a few entries for Scandinavia (Gothenburg) listed as 'LRJ' and Rennes - Liege only listed as 'LOF' (MAY be subcontracted L-188 but cannot be too sure.)

Nothing on Schedule appearing with any sort of Tu-204'ish looking designator for this year. Any further information very much appreciated :)

Believe the TU204's were subcontracted through Atlantic when they did operate?
Bluebird have a 734 currently working for TNT, Atlantic do have an L188 with TNT too yes. There is 4 757's working for TNT, 3 from Icelandair and 1 from Gestair Cargo (from Madrid-Liege). As well as the Air Atlanta A300 (from BFS/EMA).

As far as i remember the Air Cairo TU-204s are RR powered, which should have meant they would be more reliable and were on lease from Sirocco Aviation, a company that was set up with much fanfare to specialise in the leasing out of RR powered TU-204s
