C-17 Globemaster over Yeovil (15:00 Thursday)

Would anyone happen to know what a C-17 Globemaster was doing circling at around 1000' agl, with the gear down over the western edge of Yeovil earlier today, around 15:00?

Flew over Bodmin Moor at around midday (ish) apparently inbound for St Mawgan. Was later spotted in the circuit at Culdrose. Could be a different one though unlikely IMO

Could have been a touch n go (unlikely) or low pass at Westlands judging from the direction it was heading and low altitude of the first pass.
