Charter companies working in Afghanistan

Could any one give me some names of charter companies working out of Afghanistan, preferebly with a maintenance base in Kabul.

I know that I can find the information googling around, but this seems easier...

Safi airways operate 73's, 76 and i believe an A340 but i don't think anyone offers maintenance from Kabul.

Also- Ariana Afghan Airlines, Kam Air and Pamir Airways.
