Airline to BizJet

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone out there has any advice or info on any companies in the Biz world who show interest in airline pilots. I ask as most of the adverts I see seem to be requesting the same as airline jobs...... type rating with at least 500hrs on type. No reason that they shouldn't, I'm just curious as to whether there are any outfits out there who don't if you have experience on bigger things?
I should add that it is UK outfits that I'm interested in.

Ive been in biz jets over 15 years and trying to get out and go to Airlines. Oh how the grass looks so green.

From experience it's who you know that gets you work, otherwise you need the type and hours on type.
