hallo to everybody,
I m new of this forum, I m a 24 yo pilot decided to work in Africa.
I d appreciate your opinions about mt idea to get a type rating on the Let410 or Caravan and jump in the black continent hunting a job..
I ve 400 hours JAA CPL MEP IR..not too much for this period ..I know..
for this reason I d like to hear what you guys think about this.
I hope you can help me to take the best decision to realize my project.

What makes you think you can jump the queue? You are going to have to work your way up the aviation food chain starting with a C206 or C210. Try this thread: http://www.pprune.org/african-aviation/395504-maun-2009-10-season.html

Be careful spending money on a TR that you will not use . Get a job then do the TR .

1000hrs tt minimum to get in the left hand seat.

DO NOT spend your money in the let 410 TR contact Citylink from Ghana, they fly LET 410 and Saab 340 , I know they provide LET TR for free if they need people , check them out first , I`m sorry I cannot provide any more info about them .
