HI FRIENDS , WANNA SHARE SAFETY CONCERNS REGARDING SU-KHM TYPE 737-500 ,OPERATED BY ALEX AIR ;AIRCRAFT NOW FLYING IN SUDAN.1-NOSE LANDING GEAR IS DUE FOR OVERHAUL MORE THAN THREE YEARS AGO.PLS REFER TO EXPORT C O A TO JORDAN AVIATION .INSTEAD OF DOING THE OVERHAUL AIRCRAFT SENT TO CAIRO FROM JORDAN & REGISTERED IN EGYPT , THEY EXTENDED OVERHAUL DUE DATE BY THREE YEARS (ECAA) WITHOUT BACK TO BIRTH TRACING .THIS NEW DATE EXPIRED ON 11-2009 .AIRCRAFT SUFFERING SEVERE NOISE AND VIBRATION DURING GEAR OPERATION (EXTENSION AND RETRACTION).ALEX AIR REFUSED TO REPORT THIS DURING LAST HANGER CHECK IN CAIRO.EGYPTIAN CIVIL AVIATION IS STILL SLEEPING & THE JORDANIAN DOES NOT CARE MUCH FOR SAFETY .THIS L/G MAY COLLAPSE DURING LANDING ROLL .
**LAST BLOCK A CHECK (A-8A) CARRIED OUT AT TFH 32925 (NOVEMBER 2006,NEXT A CHECK DONE AT 12/06/2007 & 2A CHECK CHECK AT 28/07/2007 & NOTHING IN BETWEEN .
*** BRIDGE CHECK DID NOT INCLUDE EITHER A CHECK OR 2A CHECK .
****TCI ARE MISSING CERTIFICATES.

If this is such a concern then why is the issue not addressed with Chief Eng/Eng Director, furthermore if that fails why are the flight crew not insisting that the problem be addressed that is what the techlog is for, i'm sure if the problem is highlighted a number of times on sectors then alarm bells should start too ring, after all they are strapping their bums into said machine, i'm sure they went to get down in one piece.

If you have documentary evidence of your alleged infractions then raise the Egyptian equivalent of the Mandatory Occurrence Report and send it to the ECAA.
