We are looking for a COM helicopter pilot in the Firenze area with an EC120 rating. If anyone knows how i should look for a pilot in Italy it would be appriciated.

EC-120 is not very popular in italy.
There are few flying mostly with private owners. Companies don't buy it because of price / performance ratio.
You can try with Air Corporate Homepage (http://www.aircorporate.it/)
I'm sure they provided pilot and maintenance to a private owner.
If you're looking for an experienced pilot, I wouldn't put the type rating as a must, candidates would be closed to zero.
