That looks severe , would not want to land there when that gives way.
If this was in 1985 the 3rd world you could understand..but at Memphis in 2010?

This is the second time I am posting this... A brand new concrete 27/9 runway has been built at KMEM a 6 month project that was complete oct or nov of 2009, the old one was dug up, not a repair a replacement.
Yes...the issue lies with the culvert, not the runway in total.
