There seems to be a trend starting where a lot of African Start ups seem to be going Airbus as opposed to Boeing. One Jet One, Senegal Airlines, Bellview when they finally emerge have gone that way. Is this possibly to do with an A320/330, lease rate and operating cost being a lot cheaper than B767/737's? And lastly, there can't be that many Airbus jocks in Africa, so where would they source their crews from?
