3 Pax asked to stand on Kuwait Airways flight

The Times of India reported (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/videoshow/5477857.cms) that the Indian DGCA are probing Kuwait Airways over reports that 3 passengers were not assigned seats and asked to stand up on a Kuwait Airways flight from India to Kuwait.
