Guys often and often I ask myself why e-solutions are not successfull in the BizAv.
Do you have any comments? This industry needs support...

I would guess that the people who travel on corporate aircraft want, and can afford to buy, a certain level of customer service. The personal touch never was the strong point of an e-commerce soloution. Brokers and charter companies take care of a lot more than just the aircraft and coordinate the entire "Aviation experiance"

that e-solutions don`t work is that always the e provider wants to earn money through some fees ( like 10 % of the charterprice), this is like a broker. And we have too many broker, new online models must not follow this logic anymore.
I often ask myself what a broker could talk to the people flying with me.... I think I am a professional, so I do not need a broker telling the customer of my services...
I can talk to the customer directly and advise him....
