R44 cocoa beach-cape canaveral area

Hi guys

I'm a brand new PPL (h) from europe and now i'm in the warm:ugh: Florida for a holiday.

for the next 3-4 days i'll be in cocoa beach area and i wish discover
"the US fly style"

Do you know any helicopter company in that area ?
I wish spend an half hour in an r44 , clearly with the pilot but with the possibility of touch the command.Do you think that it is possible?

Merritt Island (only 6km across water from Cocoa Beach) has a R44 Raven II for about $340/hr. It’s the lowest cost R44 in FLA and one of the only ones available for SFH. I don’t have the contact details, but it is linked with Orlando Flight Training in Kissimmee www.flyoft.com (http://www.flyoft.com/) It is either a second location or joint operation with OFT, so give them a call and they could connect you.

I believe that Bristow Helicopters at Titusville Airport have R44s. That is pretty close to Cocoa Beach.

Helicopter Academy has an R44 that they're timing out for $300/hr. They're further south though...Pompano Beach I think.
