If you need to hear something from home and you have a decent internet connection, find your favourite radio stations here from all over the globe
Radio-Locator (http://www.radio-locator.com/)

Thanks flyting, always wondered where that info was.
For a while i used to fly round in a straight 210 which with its codan HF ssb used to hear the rolling wx from fairbanks, which made it a bit interesting, flying along across the desert, bloody hot and turbulent and all alone and they're talking about temp, -25 degrees ,rolling snow, wind that'd blow a dog off the chain.
earlier in the '47's, we often used to hear LAX talking to the internationals inbound from the pacific on both 6 and 12 megs, I think it was, double side band. now it's often a lonely bitumen road out in the boonies.
thanks again.

TET,

Seeing as you probably don't have an ADF in that R22 you could get one of them whatname iPod's.

Your favourite site would be here (http://www.abc.net.au/services/podcasting/network_Rural.htm).

Proper flash!
