Anyone heard of Panama Recreational Aviation? A Thomas Grisell sent me an e-mail looking for a Float Plane to lease during the up coming tourist season.
Internet search pulls up nothing on the company but the fellows name shows him as CEO of 4 different companies in the past 2 years.
