Single Engine Night Flight Arabian Peninsula

Is single-engine turbine night flight allowed in the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain? I suspect that the answer is no but I can not find anything specific.

In the UAE you can fly SET at night. VMC if commercial ops, otherwise IMC is also ok. ICAO Annex 6 includes recommendations on these kind of flights.

I think you cannot fly IMC commercial at night but can fly VMC

I fly for the UAE Air Force and we flying all kind of single engine piston/turboprop/jets at night both VFR and IFR.
