Anybody got recent LSZH and EGLL ground charts?

I'm keen to get hold of recent (but not necessarily current) Jeppessen EGLL and LSZH ground charts. If anyone has a copy that they can post on here, or if you know a link I can get them from, I would be extremely grateful!
