Lakewood Blvd Long Beach California, it is one of the roads that runs just outside LGB airfield, and you fly directly over it in a heli on the base leg for the pads or 25R

Either it quit on base or they had problems going back to the 'office' - I think it's one of LA Helicopters machines and they're just north of Warldow/Lakewood...
Good getting it between the lane markings guessing that they would probably been at 300' or less...
