ATCO morning rush hour shift start time.

Anyone know what time the ATCO shift starts that covers the early morning eastbound traffic coming in from over the pond.
If it's 10pm from the previous night then you have my sympathies.

Times vary between units. Basic morning shifts start around 7am, but some staff may be in earlier to supplement the night watch. One gets used to being busy at any time of the day in ATC!

Hope you sympathise with heart surgeons who get called upon at 3am.. !!
