I have listened to radio and television reports about the Stanstead 737 fire today/tonight. . .Firsty may I say I am glad no serious injuries but....... Not once did the commentators mention what airline it was!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Not once!!!! I don't understand it??????? . . If it had been BA all we would have heard was BA this and BA that..... .I have to log on here to find out what airline it was....... I find out it's R.A. the low cost airline.....Does this relate to it's service costs as well???????

BBC On-line mentioned the airline name three times.

Work for BA?. .I can understand the frustration.

My outfit can't make a decent cup of tea in any class either.

You know after 8 hours into the flight and when you usually don't want a cut-rate breakfast(muffin, juice and yoghurt) but a couple of cups of good tea would set you up for a morning arrival and a long terminal walk from the gate and customs and baggage re-finding and another long ground transport to... and you get...mediocre or worse.

Radio 2 mentioned the airline involved on all its broadcasts I heard last evening.

Did they charge the passengers for use of the emergency chutes?

Bottom of the chute - and in cash! But this is not Jet Blast...

The BBC regional TV news at 10:30 last night said that it was FR and had a distant shot of the aircraft.
