Am just as guilty as others for grumbling from time to time and posting critical comments on pprune, but just want to pass on warm thanks to the CC on BA5 and BA6 for their good humour and conversation on 9 and 12 December.
Doubt any of the crew involved will read this post but, if they do, they will know what the thanks from the pax in 62A and 61A respectively, is about. Nothing serious, but two situations that were both of my own making :ugh:
Appreciate it is potentially a tricky time for BA CC at the moment but, from this particular frequent flyer, Happy Christmas to all who have helped look after me during the past year. Cheers :D
