Check out Rogue Gear, Suppliers of the GoPro HERO camera (http://www.goprosport.com.au/) they're cheap and easy to use and install.

These are the ones I came up with during my search for camera systems.

Please check:

Kolibri Film (http://www.kolibrifilm.tv/?pid=5)

I am told they are good, their website is in Danish but they also speak English :-)

and check:

Aerial Exposures (http://www.aerialexposures.com/gyroplatform.htm)

You might also want to see if the MiniGyro from Tyler Mounts can make you happy:

Do you mean a camera system that can record what's going on OUTSIDE (like a gyrostab) or one to be used INSIDE for cockpit.cabin recordings ?

Presuming you're referring to in cockpit cameras, I did use the aforementioned "Hero" camera during some EC-120/AS-355 test flying I was doing in October. They worked well, HOWEVER, it was very difficult to confirm that they were actually recording. Several flights were flown and no video recorded, which we did not realize until we checked after landing. When they did work, we got good results.

Yeah one camera inside the cabin and say one on the out side of the heli which can both be recorded !

For inside, any of the "extreme sports" bullet cams with attached SD card recorders. The high end of these is the Sony HXR-MC1P (http://www.sony.co.uk/biz/view/ShowProduct.action?product=HXR-MC1P)

For exterior stabilised has to be Tyler sidemount with a gyrostab system like UM or Cineflex. You can only nosemount on the 44 ENG model.

But if it's just POV your after, rather than a stabilised image, you'll have to see what your local rules will allow. Bullet cam on the door frame ?
