Evening Jet drivers, sorry to have to put my commercial arse in here, but ive got a quick question.....I was just West of Bridport, Dorset today, when a low flying jet came along the beach heading westish. (and quickish) Only saw it late, Ive been arguing all day as to what it was. Some say an F15, some a F18/A, even a mention of a MIG-29 as we only really saw the back of it. (as you do)

Any of you guys have an idea of what it was and what it was doing?

Id just came from RNAS Yeovilton so was a nice / different sight to the harrier!

Kind Regards. :p

I saw something screaming up the east coast of the Isle of Man at 250feet/400kts this evening.

Do I win five pounds?

That close to Boscombe Down it could have been anything, including a Luftwaffe Mig 29 on loan to ETPS.
