How to "unfreeze" frozen ATPL???

Ok Fellows,
I have close to 2000 hours(1500 on jets as SIC) and more then 250 PIC on small C150 PA28 PA 31-350 and so on...I am type rated on CL 604 ,just got a recurrent and I have passed ATPL theory.So how do I unfreeze my frozen ATPL?I suppose I have to wait for my next recurrent to take the ATPL flight check?Can I do it from the right seat?

Lets say my company flies King Air,Can I take the ATPL check on the king Air or it has to be on CL 604?

Yeah.I have Bulgarian CPL IR ME with type on CL 604 and I would like to get JAA ATPL.Bulgaria is a member of JAA.
