The ballot's are now out. Please take the time to read what BA require of us to keep this company afloat:

One Crew Member of an aircraft. Single supvr at EF. WW CSDs working. END OF.

There is to be NO REDUCTION IN PAY.
There are to be NO COMPULSORY REDUNDANCIES.

At the moment. If we strike that could change and we could get a reduction in pay, and we could get compulsory redundancies.

UNITE are now saying that the ballot is about imposition.

If UNITE had negotiated we wouldn't have imposition.
If UNITE had watched a slideshow instead of walking out, we wouldn't have imposition.
If UNITE had turned up on time for meetings, we wouldn't have imposition.
If UNITE hadn't left meetings early, we wouldn't have imposition.

We are being asked to go on strike, to breach our contracts and to put our jobs in jeopardy because of imposition, but imposition is UNITE's FAULT.

BF has always said that New Fleet is not set in stone. He is, and always has been prepared to negotiate. So if you think that negotiation is a better way forward than striking and risking your livelihood, then you must VOTE NO.

IF YOU ENJOY YOUR JOB AND WANT TO KEEP IT, THEN VOTE NO.
VOTE NO IF YOU WANT NEGOTIATION.

I am BA cabin crew, I have voted NO this morning and sent it back. Don't be intimidated by the Union. Vote No to save your job.

What does the ballot say - on what basis is the strike being called?
