Is anyone out there able to shed light on the differences in the average number of hours flown each month for pilots on the different aircraft in all 3 Services.

I believe with the green machine it is position specific, Geographical rather than appointment, if you get my drift. Floppies tend to grab more hours than throbmonsters but trends move up and down more than a compass swing. the purple machine sends out a comparitive monthly study if you can get hold of one of them.

The RN Lynx driver can expect 30-40 hrs in a good month, although depending on circumstance it's possible not to achieve the minimum 15 a month.
