So, for the first time in a long time, the week ends on a good note.

We can no longer be fired without a D&G procedure.
Our freighters and aren't going to Air China, and CX Cargo will remain.
Our FTL and rosters are still subject to science and human limitations.

The latest letter from the DFO to the AOA was, in my humble opinion, a turning point. For once, a Friday with good news.

Quadspeed, what was the win on FTLs? A turnaround on the commercial pressure driven whitewash perhaps??? CAD grows a back bone without CX's permission?

quadspeed never mentioned a 'win' with FTLs. Nor was CAD mentioned.

I agree; a modest step in the right direction and worth stating so. Hopefully continues as such...

Just flew with an AOA JRC member; he is seeing some encouraging progress happening in that area. And AOA membership is above 70% as well.

When will you guys learn? A step in the right direction will come when...they step in the right direction. Right now, they are just talking, only words, means ****t-all until they back them up with actions.

How many times will you all allow them to sweet-talk you? Show me actions, then I might agree with you. They have done this every time and some idiots always fall for it. :ugh:

Have they taken steps to withdrawal their appeal for bypass pay? Have they granted union access to new joiners? Have they Stopped rostering patterns with freighter PXing? The answer is a big fat NO. Keep your promises, I want to see action. Until then, nothing changes.

I really hope the eighteen-iners don't let up and follow up with perjury. And I hope the AoA does not fall for this pillow-talk like they have EVERY OTHER TIME. :hmm:

Relax, Squawk. Of course it's all still doom and gloom.

If you shell your opponent regularly, the one day without will seem good.
Now, back to the trenches.
