Hello to you all,. .. .I hope a few of you will be able to help me. A friend of the family is doing her dissertation. Her chosen subject is on Crashes/Aircrew etc. She has created online an ominous questionnaire; it’s very short (only taken 1 min, ticks in the box sort of thing nothing to taxing). It would be appreciated if as many pilots (civialian, military, experienced or not) could fill it in as possible . Many thanks she will appreciate it .. .. .The web address :. .. .http://members.lycos.co.uk/epilot/

SH Monkey . .. .cheers for that mate have relayed to her and she says;. .. .When i first set up the web site i wasnt aware that i would see people email addresses. The only time i have used the email is to appologise for any problems (i.e some servers do not support the 'mail to' form and therefore i would receive a blank email) when the message is sent to me. After this the email addresses are not stored and the completed questionniares are cut and pasted and saved as a number (coded). I am the only person who deals with the data . I think the only otherway round this is to use an encrypted CGI form, which are very expensive to a) create and b) support , plus you have to do it for a minimum of one year and i'm only doing this research until middle of April. Hope this clears it up. Thanks Erica.
