Hi , im just wondering what do you reckon would be more valuable experience for contracting and finding work in general? The only experience I can get at the moment while I train is on A320s. Would this go against me when trying to look for work in places that only work on Boeings? I have worked on a few and cant see too much of a difference with the exception of the cockpit and things being a bit more awkward on the Boeing.

Just work on whatever you can get your hands on, the more experience you have with aircraft the better.

An A320 series ticket is as useful as an NG one. Easy Jet are binning all their NGs for?? :E

Any PART 145 maintained aircraft work is good for your basic logbook tasks..

There are lots of differences between A320s and 73s...Different manufacturers for a start and there isn't BAC part numbers on an Airbus!!:=
