Hello guys,

I was wondering if the are any statistics concerning unruly passengers at airlines of the whole world. how about american aircrafts? i would say, that there are surely more unrulies in european aircrafts than in american or asian aircrafts. has anybody some facts about that? or some literature?

would be very interesting

I think the FAA has info/stats on this - 'US reported' only though.
I don't think any other credible European or Global body collects such info
(IATA are still working on it), but I would take the FAA figs as an average for Europe too. Why do you think this may be a bigger problem in Europe?

I can add one to the stats after a flight from MIA today. Loud female passenger worse the wear for drink and cabin crew still served her. Took comments from several pax to get her to keep quiet. I was at the back of the plane, with ear plugs + headphones on and could still hear her voice - so much for a quite night flight.
