Virgin Upper Class ex Gatwick

Hi all

A question for Virgin Gatwick crew.

Just booked Virgin J class to St Lucia for Feb 10. As St Lucia is predominately a leisure route is the J class service the same as ex Heathrow flights?

I flew this last year. J product on this route inferior to VS's other routes. Presumably they anticipate a load of gold-card loyalty mileage-laden bookings. There were no sleeper suits and the cabin looked a little tired.... also far fewer seats. (Similar footprint/configuration to BA's F class main-deck cabin). Lounge at Gatwick also not a patch on VS's LHR one!

I have used the J on flights ex LGW leisure routes many times, also frequent the LHR DXB, the service on the day comes down to the crew but I have never had any problems or if they were then easily sorted. agree lounge at LHR much better than LGW, but the new LGW lounge due to be open Dec so lets see
