Silly question (as always from me!)
I'm medium long is this normal or do I have a weird shaped head?. .Just ask cause when I was getting fitted guy just shook his head in disapproval.

No mate, that means you are perfectly normal, and have a head of an extremely well-proportioned and pleasing shape.
Funnily enough, I am also a Medium Long (cranially, that is)
Ah yes, the subtle perfection of the medium long. None better I'd say (also ML). He probably shook his head as he only had 10 left so didn't want to let any go, just in case :)

What goes inside a medium long these days? Has itchanged much since the 60s?

Sorry, I don't know anybody who found an RAF bonedome truly comfortable. If anybody ever does, I can only assume that they would have an abnormal head.
