Hi there,

I was wondering how you guys get selected in the USAF as (fighter) pilots. I am from The Netherlands and heard a few months ago that I am selected for the RNLAF as Officer Pilot. I might just end up in the F16 IF i'm good enough, but they showed confidence in me, so i'm ready to prove myself.

The selection was pretty hard and only a few actually survived all the rounds (medical, sim, flying, psychologic etc).

How is this done in the USAF and can i find any sites about it. By the way, you guys from Belgium, Norway, Turkey and whatever countries that use the F16 or alike fighterjet, please tell me about your selection procedures. I'm really interested in how you guys are selected etc.

arnebret,
You might have better luck getting the answers you're looking for here: Military.com - Air Force Discussions (http://forums.military.com/1/OpenTopic?a=cfrm&s=78919038&f=65919558)

Good Luck.
