Has anyone used the new website format of accorhotels.com ?
Would appreciate any help, my codes do not seem to work anymore..

Had the same problem 2 weeks ago. Couldn't even log onto my account. Now works but need to enter full 16 digit A Club membership No.

ZFT is correct, Surname and full number is the log-in now.
