Are BAMC using any LAE contractors this winter? If so which contract agency are they using?

If they are it will be with SCom.

S-COM claim to have all the contracts for BAMC, but so far unable to place any B1's there this winter. Lack of work, and a stroppy Quality Dept blamed.
